About Peachy Cleans
Peachy Cleans is a rapidly growing cleaning company with a strong Airbnb changeover client base across Bath, Frome and Wells. We're looking for a specialist self-employed cleaner to focus on Airbnb changeovers.
This role is for an experienced Airbnb cleaner who can handle fast turnarounds to a hotel-standard finish. You'll be working across multiple listings, with weekend work essential and the option to pick up regular domestic work too.
The Role
As a self-employed cleaner working with Peachy Cleans, you'll be allocated cleaning jobs based on your availability. Work can include:
- •Airbnb changeovers (specialist)
- •Holiday let changeovers
- •Hotel-style housekeeping
- •Linen change and restocking
- •Fast turnaround cleans (under 2 hours)
You'll work both independently and alongside other members of the Peachy Cleans team depending on the job.
Your Responsibilities
- •Complete Airbnb changeovers to a hotel standard within tight time windows
- •Follow listing-specific checklists, including linen, restocking, and staging
- •Use the Jobber app to view your schedule and correctly timer each job
- •Treat hosts' homes, belongings and keys with care and respect
- •Maintain excellent attention to detail (hotel-standard finish expected)
- •Photograph completed cleans for host records (where required)
- •Communicate promptly if there are any problems at a property
- •Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- •Keep cleaning kits and equipment clean, organised and ready for use
- •Be professional, friendly and respectful towards hosts and guests
- •Be punctual and reliable for all agreed work — timing is critical
- •Report any damage or breakages immediately
What We're Looking For
Previous Airbnb or short-let cleaning experience is essential for this role.
You should be:

- •Hardworking with the ability to work quickly without losing quality
- •Able to use your own initiative and solve problems on the spot
- •Confident working independently
- •Comfortable working as part of a team
- •Friendly and professional with hosts and guests
- •Physically able to carry out cleaning work
- •Someone with a hotel-standard eye for detail
- •Able to follow strict checklists and procedures
- •Comfortable using a mobile phone/app for schedules and job timers
- •A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to travelling between clients.

Self-Employed Status
This is a self-employed role, not an employed position. You will be responsible for managing your own tax, National Insurance and other obligations associated with self-employment. Work is offered based on business requirements, client bookings and your agreed availability. Weekend work is essential for this role.
